13th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people using the service and they told us the the practice was always spotlessly clean and that staff always used aprons, gloves and masks when providing treatment.

"They always discuss my treatment plan with me and we discuss options."

"I have no problems getting in for emergency treatment if I need to."

"I registered here as I heard they were good with nervous patients, if I want them to stop I put my hand up and they do, as a result I am not nervous any more."
