24th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who use the service. They told us that they were mostly happy with the service, comments included 'never had any problems', 'everything is always explained to you', 'its easy to get an appointment'. One person told us that they sometimes had a long wait at the surgery as appointment times often over ran.
