4th October 2013 - During a routine inspection
We did not speak to any people using the service during the inspection; however we did review feedback that had been left by people on the NHS Choices website. Some of the comments that we read included "I was informed of the cost before he proceeded so I could say yes or no" and "kept me informed". People had their medical history checked at first visit and at each subsequent appointment. One dentist told us "I verbally check their medical history with them". We looked at two staff records during our inspection; we saw that staff had received relevant training.
