31st May 2012 - During a routine inspection

People who use the service were satisfied with the treatment they had received and how it was provided. They felt informed, consulted and involved in their dental treatment. This included being informed about risks and costs. A typical comment was, “I feel I have all the information I need before I start treatment.”

People said they were treated with respect by staff and said they felt safe during treatment.

This was confirmed in the results of the satisfaction surveys we saw.
