1st May 2012 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with one of the patients who attended the practice on the day we visited. He told us that he and his family received very good care and were treated with dignity and respect. The patient stated, "Staff were always professional and helpful". One thank you letter from a patient stated, "Thank you for all your skill and attention in assisting me to smile without inhibition once again".
