4th April 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with six patients of whom two were children, the two dentists, two dental nurses and the practice manager.

Patients told us that they were happy with the care and treatment provided. We found patient surveys had been undertaken with good results.

Staff demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the importance of infection prevention and control and there was regular training in place.

Staff told us that they felt well trained and supported. Regular audits of quality were undertaken.
