People told us they thought the care and treatment they received was excellent. One person said, “The dentist is very considerate – he is always concerned that I don’t feel any pain and if I do he asks me to raise my hand so he can stop.”

They said they were always made welcome when they visited the surgery and never had to wait to see the dentist. One person commented, “The appointment system and punctuality is excellent – I’ve never once been kept waiting in all the time I’ve been coming here. I don’t know how they do it!”

They told us they were consulted on their treatment and made aware of the choices and options available to them. One person said, “Mr Patel is an excellent dentist – he explains everything and he would never recommend something I didn’t need.”

People said they thought the surgery was always clean, and that staff wore the correct protective clothing. One person told us, “The place is spotless!” Another commented “Every time I visit I notice how clean it is and the dentist always wears gloves and a mask.”

People told us the staff were efficient, knowledgeable and polite. One person said, “As far as I can tell everyone here knows what they’re doing. The dentist is very experienced and I’m very pleased with what he’s done for me. The nurses and the receptionist are lovely and always very helpful and kind.”
