7th August 2013 - During a routine inspection

People who used the practice told us they were satisfied with the treatment they received.

They told us they were well informed about what their treatment involved. One person told us, “I know what is going to happen, I am kept well informed.”

We looked at treatment files and they showed what treatment the person was receiving.

There were policies and procedures in place which ensured people were looked after in a clean hygienic environment.

Staff received appropriate professional development and were supported by the provider.
