13th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

Fen House Dental – Gosberton is located in the village of Gosberton near Spalding in Lincolnshire. It currently has two dentists. The patients are all NHS and the surgery works with the local Primary Care Trust (PCT) who allocate patients to them from an NHS waiting list.

We spoke with staff, one dentist and two patients who were visiting the service at the time of our visit.

People told us the dentists discussed their treatment options and allowed them to take time to come to a decision. One person told us, “[The dentist] told me various things I could and couldn’t have.”
