15th February 2013 - During a routine inspection
As part of our inspection we spoke with one person who used the service. They said, “I’ve always found it good. I get comprehensive care”. We found the service had completed comprehensive treatment plans for people that contained detailed information about their care and treatments. We found all staff had been trained in safeguarding vulnerable adults and children and the service had up to date policies and procedures for staff to follow. We also found the service had an effective recruitment system in place.
15th May 2012 - During an inspection in response to concerns
We were contacted and told that building work was be undertaken at the premises and that it could be compromising patients safety.
