24th January 2012 - During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were involved in making decisions about their treatment. People told us that treatments were always explained fully to them as were risks, benefits and the costs of treatment. People we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the treatment they received at the practice. One person told us ‘’The service is excellent. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.’’ Another person said ‘’The dentists are amazing. They are so patient with my children and really help to put them at their ease.’’ People told us that they were always treated well by staff and that they had no concerns or complaints about the service. People we spoke with told us that the practice was always clean People told us that staff were polite, courteous and professional. People we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the dental practice. One person told us, ‘’I cannot think of any area where the practice could be improved. Everything is excellent.’’
