6th September 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

All the people we spoke with were very complimentary about the practice and happy with their care and treatment. One person said, "They are great here, they reassure you, it's a good service, the staff are friendly."

People were involved in their care and were given information and choices about treatment options.

People's dental treatment needs were assessed and their treatment was planned. Staff were trained in emergency procedures.

We found staff were trained and had procedures to follow to assist them to protect people and children from abuse.

We found the practice was clean and good infection control procedures were in place.

We found people were confident to raise any concerns and clear complaints procedures were in place.
