12th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were complimentary about the care and service provided. A person commented, "I am very impressed with the service. The dentist is very good, and tried to accommodate my needs one weekend when I had problems." Another person said, "It's a very good service. I recommended it to my relatives and friends."

The people we spoke with said that they had been given informed choices. They had been involved in discussions about the treatment options, and had not been hurried to make a decision.
