We spoke with seven patients and asked them about their experience of the service they received at Facedental practice. All seven told us they were pleased with the service they had received. They told us they had been fully informed about the treatment they were to receive and were treated with dignity and respect throughout the treatment. They told us they were asked to give consent to treatment before it started, and were asked at the end of their treatment whether they were satisfied with the results.

Patients told us

"he's (the dentist) absolutely brilliant...he has looked after my teeth so well, I have a great set of teeth",

"I will never change my dentist, they are very good to me",

"my daughter was very nervous when she was little, but the dentist and staff have helped her so she is no longer nervous",

"my wife used to be terrified of going to the dentist, now she goes without qualms or fears".

Patients told us they found the practice and treatment rooms to be clean and confirmed that the dentists and dental nurses wore protective clothing when providing treatment. They also told us they were given protective goggles and bibs to wear during treatment. Their comments on hygiene included

"it's spotless, it really is and all the staff are spotlessly clean",

"the place is very clean, very nice".
