19th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We found patients were treated with dignity and respect at this practice. All of the patients we spoke with told us they fully understood their treatment options and treatment costs.

We observed that the premises were clean and well maintained. Al of the patients we spoke with told us that the premises were spotless.

We saw that the decontamination cycle was compliant with current guidance so that patients can be confident that equipment is clean and safe to use.

Staff all told us the provider fully supported them with their professional development so that they had the knowledge and skills to do their job.

We found patient records were fit for purpose as were other records in the practice relating to the maintenance of the premises.
