All of the people we spoke with were positive about the care and treatment they had received at the practice. People understood the care they received and felt that they could ask questions if they had any concerns or issues about their treatment.

We spoke with five people .who were attending for treatment on the day of our visit their comments included:

"Staff and dentists are exceptional. "

" I have never had cause to complain."

" They are brilliant with nervous patients."

"The new facility is amazing."

During our visit we saw that the treatment rooms, decontamination areas, waiting areas and other communal areas were newly furbished, clean and tidy. We also saw that the instruments and equipment used at the practice were cleaned and decontaminated in line with current best practice guidance. Staff told us that they were well supported to carry out their job roles. The organisation monitored the quality of the service provided on a regular basis.
