3rd July 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients we spoke with said that treatment procedures were clearly explained to them and that they felt fully involved in making choices about their care.

They told us that they felt safe and if they had any concerns they would be confident in reporting the matter to the provider.

They told us that the surgery was very clean and tidy and that staff were always smartly dressed and polite.
