20th June 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who told us they were happy with the service they received from the dentist. One person described themselves as “a happy customer”. Another person said that they like the dentist’s approach and manner saying “she takes time for the patient…she’s very good”.

Two of the people said that they had recommended the dental practice to their friends and family. One said “I have moved house, quite a way away, but I am still coming back to this dentist”.

We found the practice was visibly clean and there were effective decontamination processes in place.

There were suitable emergency arrangements in place to ensure patient safety.
