19th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the service from Dr Pandor. They said that they were always fully informed about their treatment options and were pleased with the quality of the dental work. People felt respected, involved and had their wishes taken into account. All the people we spoke to said they felt safe and reassured when attending the clinic.
