20th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

People told us that they valued the experience and expertise of Dr Kurland. People were satisfied with the practice and the treatment they received and felt involved in planning and making decisions about their dental treatment. Dr Kurland discussed prospective treatment options and provided detail on expected outcomes and costs.

People who used the service told us they were treated respectfully; consultations took place in an office and treatment was provided in a consultation room. The people we spoke to said Dr Kurland had been recommended to them and they, in turn, would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.
