7th December 2012 - During a routine inspection

People told us that they were very happy with the treatment they had been given. The treatment plan was discussed at every session in a way they could understand. They said they felt their privacy and dignity was always respected. Patients told us the service was excellent. They were respected and involved in their care and treatment and had good working relationships with staff. Their privacy and dignity was upheld at all times. Patients said they were very happy with the care and treatment provided which is why they stayed at this practice.
