5th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four patients during our visit. Comments from patients included:

"The practice is absolutely brilliant"

"They are excellent dentists"

"The practice is very clean and all instruments used are sterile"

"They are very friendly and I feel very involved with my care"

"They are very good and I am satisfied, the dentist takes precautions when it comes to hygiene, I feel consulted and involved and staff are lovely and put me at my ease"

"I have been coming here for years and they are great"

"They make sure everything is very clean and staff are great"

"I feel involved as everything is very carefully explained to me"

In addition to this we were able to look at patients' surveys that had recently been completed. Comments were positive about all aspects of the treatment they received.
