16th August 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our visit to Dentistry at 388, we spoke with five patients and three staff.

We observed staff talking to patients in a calm and polite manner. All patients confirmed that staff at the practice were very polite and helpful. One patient told us;” I like it here, my family has used this practice and staff are very helpful”. Another said; I trust the dentist here, they will not do work that is not necessary and they have an exceptional technique”. All patients confirmed that treatment options and costs were always discussed before hand.
