13th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients who used the dental surgery were satisfied with the treatment and care they received. They felt staff listened to them and gave them information they needed. We saw various magazines and leaflets in the waiting area. These provided information about dental care. Patients told us that they were treated with respect and dignity and that their privacy was upheld.

Patients told us that they trusted the staff and felt safe using the dental service. They told us that the staff were "very good with patients and children". They said the clinic was clean and tidy whenever they visited.
