21st May 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service we were able to talk with one person who used the service who told us that they were satisfied with the service provided. We also looked at the results of patient satisfaction surveys the practice had undertaken.

Some of the comments about the practice included:

"The dentist is smashing they tell me exactly what is needed and what I need to do."

The environment of the waiting area and the surgery of the dental practice were visibly clean and tidy.

During our visit we spoke with two members of staff who told us that they felt they were supported to be able to undertake their job effectively and enjoyed working at the practice.
