14th December 2016 - During a routine inspection
We carried out an announced comprehensive inspection on 14 December 2016 to ask the practice the following key questions; Are services safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led?

We found that this practice was providing safe care in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Background
Dental Surgery is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and provides private dental services. The opening hours for the practice were Monday to Thursday 9.30am.to 5.00pm
The premises consist of three treatment rooms, a decontamination room, and a reception area.
The practice comprises of a principal dentist, a dentist, a hygienist, and nurse.
The principal dentist is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an individual registered person. Registered persons have legal responsibility for meeting the requirements in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated Regulations about how the practice is run.
During the inspection we asked patients to complete CQC comment cards. We received 13 comment cards back from patients. We spoke with three patients and three members of staff on the day of the inspection. The patients who provided feedback were positive about the care and treatment they received at the practice. They told us they were involved in all aspects of their care and found the staff to be caring and helpful and they were treated with care, dignity and respect.

29th May 2012 - During a routine inspection
We spoke to three people who had used the service. They described the staff who worked there as “professional” and “very attentive” and said that they would recommend the practice to other people. They praised the quality of their treatment and care, described the practice as “superb” and “very, very good” and said they felt safe using the service. They said that they were provided with full details about their treatment, including the risks and benefits of it, as well as what it would cost.
