8th November 2012 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients who were visiting the practice during our visit. They said that they had no complaints and they were happy with the service provided. Patients told us that the surgery was always clean and that staff always discussed their treatment plans with them. Patients comments included "staff do above and beyond in making people comfortable" and "staff are very nice." We saw that patient information packs were available that contained detailed information about the service. In addition, the provider had a website to inform people about the services available. We saw that procedures were in place to help ensure the safety of all. People's personal information was protected.
