11th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

People told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment provided at the Dental Health Centre. They had been involved in their treatment plan and discussed their options before their treatment started.

We were also told that the environment was clean and tidy. One person told us, "I've always been happy with the cleanliness, they are always washing their hands, wear gloves and masks. I've never had any issues". Another person said, "Everything looks clean, the dentist and nurse wear protective clothing and equipment".

People told us they found the staff to be friendly and they were treated with dignity and respect. We also found an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health and safety of people using the service and others.
