3rd October 2013 - During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us they were happy with the dental treatment provided by the practice. One person said they had been with the surgery for around three years and never had any reason to complain. They described the staff and the care they received as “fantastic”. Another person said, “I have never had a problem,” when asked about their experience. They told us they always found the surgery clean whenever they had visited. We found that the people who used the service were involved in their care planning and received treatment which was based on an assessment of their needs. Staff were supported in their professional development and clinical and other records were stored securely. We found the surgery to be clean at the time of our visit and staff mostly followed recommended guidance and appropriate protocols to protect people against the risks of infection.
