13th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

People that we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the services provided. They said they felt that they were well informed about their treatment, had been involved at all stages of their treatment and made aware of their progress.

People we spoke with said that there the appointment system was flexible and appointments were on time. They said that all staff were professional and made sure that they were always treated with dignity and respect and their rights to privacy upheld.
