We spoke with three people using the service and all three members of staff.

People said they had been told about the treatments available and the costs involved, so they could make an informed choice. They told us the staff were friendly and helpful and treated them with respect. We spoke with three people and all expressed satisfaction with the care and treatment they received.

Comments from the annual surveys included “pleasant venue, welcome reception, helpful literature” and “I find Dr Shah very patient and understanding”. Testimonials had also been completed and comments included, “Someone I can trust to act in my best interest at all times. All advice given with a courteous smile”, “the dene dental practice provides first class dental treatment and advice in a comfortable, relaxing environment” and “costs explained, choices given”.

People said they were given a treatment plan and the number of appointments required to complete the treatment were included. People told us they could get appointments to suit them and received reminders for attending appointments. People confirmed the practice was always clean and tidy. People said they would feel confident to raise any concerns they might have and that they would be addressed.
