1st January 1970 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service on our visit. They were positive about being able to see a dentist as soon as was possible and they were happy that they could speak with trained dental staff to discuss their symptoms. We saw people completed a medical history record prior to their assessment.

We saw staff were well trained and they were observed to liaise with people positively and professionally. The surgery area was clean and free from clutter and there were appropriate systems in place to ensure equipment was clean and decontaminated.
