21st May 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We did not speak to people who use the service as our inspection focussed on documents produced by the practice.

17th January 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us they were happy with the treatment they receive. One person commented on how they like the familiarity of the practice despite ownership changing and that refurbishment work made the practice more modern. We also looked at comment cards whereby people commented that the staff were extremely friendly and put people at ease. We found concerns in relation to the complaints procedure at the practice and how the practice protected people from the risk of abuse.
