11th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

During the inspection we spoke to one person who used the service and they told us “The staff are polite and friendly, they explain what they are going to do and it is a nice practice to come to, it’s a relaxed atmosphere.” They also told us "I am informed what things will cost and there is a poster in reception showing what the costs are." They also told us “I get a call the day before to remind me of my appointment.”
