29th January 2013 - During a routine inspection

On the day of our inspection The Baby Scan Studio - Colchester was closed and therefore we did not have the opportunity to speak with people who used the service.

The provider had clear systems in place to obtain people’s feedback. We saw recently completed satisfaction surveys. The overall results of the surveys indicated that people were very happy with the service provided and that the staff had dealt with their needs effectively and efficiently.

The Baby Scan Clinic - Colchester was clean and tidy and provided a comfortable environment. Staff who work at the service were suitably qualified for the work being undertaken.

29th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

On the morning of our visit The Baby Scan Studio was closed and therefore we did not have the opportunity to speak with people directly about the service.
