27th February 2013 - During a routine inspection
During the inspection we spoke to two people who use the service and three members of staff. People said the dentist and staff were kind, caring and treated them with respect. One person said "the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive, the service is first class". Another said "I have been coming here for 25 years and I am absolutely happy with the service". People said they were given all the necessary information to make an informed choice about their treatment. People said they felt comfortable to raise any concerns they might have and trusted that the dentist would respond appropriately to their concerns. There was an effective complaints procedure in place.
