29th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with one person who told us that they had attended the practice for many years. They told us they were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service provided. They said that any required treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make an informed choice.

We saw the environment was clean and provided patients with a very pleasant environment in which to wait for and receive treatment.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Processes relating to sterilisation and decontamination were robust.
