21st February 2012 - During a routine inspection

The people spoke to said that never had any concerns about the practice. We were told that they trust the dentist and the dental nurse. Another person said that the dentist always explains what is happening and they are able to watch the treatment on screen if they want to. The dentist is always clear on how much the treatment will cost . We were told that the person never had a reason to complain but if they did all the dentist were easy to talk to. We were told that their medical records was always checked and that the surgery was always clean and fresh.
