17th December 2013 - During a routine inspection

People told us that Collier Row Dental Practice ran a good service that met their needs. One person told us, ”I’m a bit scared of dentists and they were very good to me”. Another person told us “I’m treated well. I’ve even recommended them to a friend”.

We found that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people’s safety and welfare. Staff received appropriate professional development and there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People’s personal records were accurate and kept securely.
