18th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who used the service and we were told they were happy with the provider. One person told us they had used the service since childhood and they would not keep coming back if they were dissatisfied with the service. One person told us the staff were nice people and they were accommodating with the appointments, particularly emergency appointments. One person told us during the appointment the dentist explained what they had found and provided them with options if further treatment was necessary and during a particularly long treatment the dentist had enabled them to watch a film during the procedure.
