26th July 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

At the time of our inspection, there was one person waiting for their appointment. They told us about their experiences of the practice during their course of treatment. We were told that the staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Treatment was “fully explained” and the person felt to be involved in the choices prior to gaining consent to treatment.

We were told the premises were “always spotless” in terms of cleanliness and the person felt they never had to wait long after their allotted appointment time.
