3rd May 2012 - During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with expressed a high level of satisfaction with the service. One person said to us “I’ve been coming here for years. They’re all very good here”. Another person, who was relatively new to the service, told us that they wished they’d found it a long time ago. One person who had been using the service for many years said that they thought the dentists were excellent and they had found the other staff there to be very helpful too. Another person told us that they thought the service had improved over recent years. People said they had found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. They said that dentists and dental hygienists always explained what they were going to do before carrying out a procedure and always exercised great care when carrying out the treatment itself. Most of the people we spoke to had been attending the practice for a number of years. One person said that the practice it had improved in recent years.
