16th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with during our visit to Chaulden Dental Practice, on 16 May 2012, told us that this was a well organised and friendly practice and the staff were competent, helpful and faultless. They said that their appointments were not rushed and that the staff gave them the time they needed. People confirmed that they were informed about their treatment and were made aware of the options available and costs.
