During this inspection we spoke with all of the staff working at the practice. We looked at the treatment records of four people using the service and spoke with one person on the day. Following our inspection we conducted telephone interviews with a further five people.

We found that people had the information they needed to help them make choices about their treatment. One person told us, "Everything was explained properly and I was then able to decide on the treatment".

People told us that they had no concerns about the care and treatment that they received. One person said, “I am very pleased with the treatment that I had".

We observed that people received care and treatment in a clean and hygienic environment. People that we spoke with had no concerns about the cleanliness of the environment. One person told us, "It's very nice and clean".

People that we spoke with were complimentary about the staff working at the dental practice. We found that staff were trained and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.

The provider had systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. People that we spoke with confirmed that the treatment they received was of good quality.
