14th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

People were happy with the service they had received at Central Dental Care – London. They felt that they were given enough information and time to discuss their options with their dentist. They told us that they had had more than enough information about their treatment. They felt that they could always ask more questions if they needed to. People told us that they had been treated with respect and their views were taken into account during consultations. They could also raise a concern if they had one.
