23rd February 2012 - During a routine inspection

On this occasion we did not speak to people who used the service as there weren't any at the clinic at the time of the inspection. We found the clinic to be clean, well maintained and the staff welcoming. We spoke with the staff and looked at patient records and found evidence that patients are kept informed and involved in their care.
