16th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We did not meet with people who use the service when we inspected the Bushy Park Family Dental Health Centre. The centre’s own website records testimonials from people. The owner has also asked people to complete satisfaction surveys. He has recorded the results of these and made them available in the waiting area. The dentist told us that the majority of people he treated had been referred by existing patients.
