9th July 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who were visiting the practice during our inspection. People were complimentary about the service they received. Some of the comments we received were “Staff are all very good and really nice,” “They are fantastic at arranging appointments and if you need an emergency appointment you are seen the same day” and “I am very happy with the treatment.”

We were told that treatment options were discussed with people and this included the price of any treatments.

We were told that people had their privacy and dignity respected.

We looked at the cleanliness of the practice and the safety processes that they had in place to protect the health of their patients. People told us that the dental practice was well presented and that the surgeries were always very clean and tidy when they attended.

We looked at their complaints procedure and found that it was clear was available for people to access.
