11th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with were very satisfied with the service they received. They were complimentary about the friendliness of the staff. They confirmed they were asked to consent to any treatment and were made aware of the cost of treatment. One person told us, “They do explain everything carefully. I have every confidence in their advice.”

The practice showed us that it conformed to the Department of Health guidance in the prevention of cross-infection with the proper processes for the decontamination of equipment and fittings.

Staff were appropriately qualified and their professional skills were kept up-to-date.
