7th November 2012 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us that they were happy with the service they received. One person told us that treatment options were explained to them before treatment commenced and that they felt well informed.

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us that they were happy with the service they received. One person told us that treatment options were explained to them before treatment commenced and that they felt well informed. We found concerns in relation to staff training.
